Refund & Returns Policy.

The short version

Every machine is burn-in tested and intake-logged by serial number before it leaves us or goes onto our racks. If something we sold you is faulty, we make it right - repair, replacement or refund. Because mining hardware is a commodity whose market price moves daily, we do not offer change-of-mind returns once hardware has been handed over.

Orders and cancellations

  • You may cancel an order at no charge any time before payment is made.
  • If you cancel after payment but before dispatch or handover, we refund in full, less any non-recoverable transfer or processing fees.
  • Once hardware has been handed over, delivered or energised, the sale is final except as set out under "Faulty hardware" below.

Faulty hardware (DOA)

  • If a machine is dead on arrival or develops a fault within 7 days of handover, tell us at info@cryptominers.ae or on WhatsApp with the serial number and a description of the fault.
  • Our technicians verify the fault at our Dubai or Abu Dhabi facility. Verified faults are resolved by repair, like-for-like replacement, or refund - in that order of preference, at our discretion and yours by agreement.
  • Faults caused by misuse, incorrect power, unauthorised modification, overclocking beyond manufacturer spec, or hosting conditions outside our facilities are not covered.

Warranty service

  • New machines carry the manufacturer's warranty; the period and process are stated on your quote.
  • Refurbished and used machines carry the warranty stated on the quote - typically shorter, and always in writing before you pay.
  • During the warranty period we handle diagnosis and the manufacturer claim for you; freight to the manufacturer, where required, is per the terms on your quote.

Refund method and timing

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method - card refunds go back to the card used to pay.
  • We process approved refunds within 7-14 business days. Bank and card-scheme posting times are outside our control.
  • Refunds are made in the currency originally charged; exchange-rate differences are not compensated.

Hosting

  • Hosting is billed on power actually metered at the circuit. Prepaid but unused hosting is refunded pro-rata on exit, per the notice terms in your hosting agreement.
  • Mined output is never held by us and is therefore never part of any refund calculation.

Non-refundable

  • Hardware price movements after purchase - up or down - are not grounds for a refund or price adjustment.
  • Custom-built or specially imported items (for example site-level containers configured to order) are refundable only if faulty.
  • Consumables such as coolant, filters and cabling once used.
