Who we are

CryptoMiners ("we", "us") is an ASIC mining hardware retailer and hosting operator with offices at Al Nisf Building, Airport Road, Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE and ICAD Business Hub, Unit 2, WH 7, Abu Dhabi, UAE. For anything in this policy, contact info@cryptominers.ae or +971 4 257 8883.

What we collect

  • Enquiries and quote requests - name, email, phone, and the machines or hosting you ask about, sent to us by email, the contact form or WhatsApp.
  • Cart contents - stored only in your own browser (localStorage) until you send them to us as a quote request. We do not see your cart before you send it.
  • Account details - name, phone number and email address, stored securely with our database provider when you create an account, used to prepare quotes and keep your saved requests in one place.
  • Technical data - when you send a cart quote request or pay by card we record your IP address and a technical signature of your device (browser type, screen size, timezone) to prevent fraud and abuse, alongside standard server logs.
  • Payment details - if you pay by card, your card number is entered into and processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Stripe's privacy policy); we never receive or store it. We keep the order record (items, amounts, your name, phone and email, the card brand and last four digits, and Stripe's receipt link) for accounting and to handle your order.

What we use it for

  • Answering enquiries and preparing quotes for hardware and hosting.
  • Fulfilling orders: arranging payment, collection, delivery or rack deployment.
  • Legal obligations, including UAE tax and commercial record-keeping.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business - email hosting, messaging (WhatsApp/Meta when you contact us there), payment processing and shipping - and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to serve you; transaction records are kept for the periods required by UAE law.
