# CryptoMiners

> CryptoMiners is an institutional-grade Bitcoin mining infrastructure operator and ASIC hardware supplier, headquartered in Dubai with six offices across five countries and corporate registration in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Portugal. Runs its own container facilities, manufactures its own hydro cooling, and repairs to board level in-house - serving institutional fleets and single machines on the same published per-kWh rate. Sells Antminer (Bitmain), WhatsMiner (MicroBT), Avalon (Canaan) and SealMiner (Bitdeer) hardware in dirhams, and hosts customer machines in air- and hydro-cooled facilities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Trading since 2022; 58 MW of secured power capacity, 2,245 customer machines racked, 0.45 EH/s under management. Branches in the UAE, Oman, Bahrain, India and Portugal.

## Operating figures

As of 2026-08-31. These are measured, not estimated.

- **Power capacity: 58 MW secured** across three Abu Dhabi sites, of which **10.2 MW is energised and metered** across 19 live containers - 7.53 MW hydro, 2.65 MW air. The remaining 48 MW is on a third site under a ten-year lease to July 2034.
- **Machines hosted: 2,245 customer machines racked**, around 1,531 hashing at any given time.
- **Hashrate under management: 0.45 EH/s** of SHA-256 across 1,404 Bitcoin miners, plus 241 TH/s on 127 scrypt units. All customer hardware, in our own containers, on our own power.
- **Uptime: 97.83% availability, 97.54% hashing**, measured over a full twelve-month contract year (August 2025 to August 2026) on a dedicated client container.
- **Trading since 2022.** The Dubai showroom opened in June 2022 as the first crypto mining marketplace with a physical showroom in the GCC; the Abu Dhabi entity was established in September 2023.
- **7,956 machines delivered** since 2022 across 1,208 completed orders and 413 different models. 2,879 of those in 2026.
- **1,057 customers** since 2022 - 192 on active hosting contracts, 681 having completed hardware purchases. Roughly one in seven is outside the UAE, across more than twenty countries.
- **Repairs: around 500 machines a month** through our own bench (twelve-month average 376, peak 741). 5,509 jobs completed to date. **Median turnaround 11 days**; 41% back within a week. Board and chip level, in-house.
- **Manufacturer, not a reseller.** 8 in-house hydro cooling models (H2 to H20), covering 2 to 20 miner slots and 1.6 to 9 kW, with 108 manufacturing orders completed.
- **Premises: 1,376 sqm (14,817 sq ft)** across two UAE sites; the Abu Dhabi facility is 1,218 sqm at ICAD I and houses the repair bench.
- **Team: 50 people, 18 technical** - 10 ASIC technicians, a hashboard specialist and 7 manufacturing staff.

- **Air-cooled hosting: US$0.075 per kWh.** Metered at the circuit. Covers rack space, cooling, network, monitoring and first-line maintenance. No per-unit rack fee, and no commission on what the machine mines.
- **Minimum order: one machine.** Standard hosting covers one to nine units; from ten units an account moves to Premium, which adds a priority repair queue, spare swaps and a named contact at the same per-kWh rate.
- **Cooling decides the rate**, not the order size.
- **Repairs are done in-house**, to board and chip level, on our own benches in **both Dubai and Abu Dhabi**.
- Hardware is priced and invoiced in **AED**; hosting is quoted in **USD per kWh**.
