Paste price list
Paste it exactly as it arrives — section headings, emoji and lead times are ignored. Where the list doesn’t say whether a price is per TH or for the whole machine, the preview marks the row amber and you can set it in the Cost price column. Nothing is saved until you click Apply.
Add a new machine
Creates a new listing on the shop instantly - no code change, no redeploy. You can edit, hide or delete it below afterwards. Everything except the name is optional, but TH/s and Watts together are what put a machine in the mine-vs-hold calculator, and the spec table is what stops its page looking empty next to the others.
Edit products directly
Change any single price or stock and click Save. Photos opens the photo manager - add shots, reorder them with the arrows, and whatever is first becomes the main image. Changes go live on the shop immediately - no redeploy.

Pages & posts
Write the blog, edit the copy on the UAE landing pages, and set the search-result title and description of every other page — the homepage included. Saving stores it immediately; Publish also rebuilds the site so the change reaches the live page — that takes a minute or two, because the text is written into the HTML rather than loaded by the browser. That is what keeps these pages ranking.

description — the counters turn red past that, and Google cuts longer ones off. Publishing rewrites the page’s
<title>, <meta description> and its Open Graph
and Twitter twins together, so they cannot drift apart.
Write here like a document, or paste from Google Docs or Word — headings, bold, lists, links and pictures come across and the formatting junk does not. Pictures you paste are copied into the site; the Image button adds one from your computer. Use Section heading for the main sections (the page supplies the headline itself) — the in-page contents menu builds itself from them. HTML shows the code, if you want it.
Facility photos
The photographs in the Where your machines live section of the homepage. Drag the arrows to reorder — the first one is the tall tile. Alt text is what a screen reader announces and what Google reads, so describe what is actually in the shot. Publish writes them into the homepage HTML; that takes a minute or two.
Contact details
The WhatsApp number, phone numbers and email address printed across the whole site — header, footer, mobile menu, every call-to-action, and the structured data search engines read. The WhatsApp number alone appears 418 times across 114 pages, so this rewrites all of them at once. Save & rebuild; the change is live in a minute or two.

Announcement bar
A strip across the top of every page. Use it for new stock, a delay, or an offer. It appears the moment you save — no rebuild — and a visitor who dismisses it will see the next one, because dismissal is remembered per message rather than forever.

Not available to buy online
Tick a machine and the Add to cart button still appears, but pressing it shows “Sorry — you can’t add this product at this time” with a WhatsApp and enquiry link instead of adding it. Everything else stays normal: the machine keeps its price, its photos and its place in the grid. Use this for an indent-only unit or a batch that needs a conversation before payment — not for something you are out of, which is what Stock: out is for. Saves instantly, no rebuild.

Promo codes
Generate discount codes customers type into the cart. Choose the discount, what it comes off (the machines, the delivery charge, or both — a customer can only enter one code), how many times each code can be used (blank = unlimited), and an optional minimum order and expiry. For free delivery, pick Delivery only with 100 % off.

Published a new post? Email it to all - subscribers. They only ever get what you send from here.

Panel access
Who can sign in to this panel, and as what. Access starts the next time they sign in with that email; removing it locks them out immediately. They need an account on the site with that address first — adding the email here does not create one.

- Editor The Content tab only — blog posts and landing-page copy. Cannot see a price, an order, a customer or an enquiry, and cannot add anyone else. For SEO writers and agencies.
