Add a new machine
Creates a new listing on the shop instantly - no code change, no redeploy. You can edit, hide or delete it below afterwards.
Edit products directly
Change any single price or stock and click Save. Photos opens the photo manager - add shots, reorder them with the arrows, and whatever is first becomes the main image. Changes go live on the shop immediately - no redeploy.
Promo codes
Generate discount codes customers type into the cart. Choose the discount, how many times each code can be used (blank = unlimited), and an optional minimum order and expiry.
Send newsletter to subscribers
Published a new post? Email it to all - subscribers. They only ever get what you send from here.
Admin access
Who can sign in to this panel. Adding an email gives that account full admin control the next time they sign in; removing it locks them out immediately.
Currency & delivery
The FX rate the shop uses to show $ prices, the default currency new visitors see, and the flat delivery charged per machine in the cart.

Card payments
Orders paid by card on checkout.html (Stripe). An order turns paid only when Stripe confirms it to our webhook - a customer can't mark their own order paid. Refunds are issued from the Stripe dashboard and show here automatically.
